MARIGOLD

Marigold Cocktail Bar Introduces Innovative New Menu

Among the standout cocktail bars in Antwerp, Marigold has unveiled an entirely new menu designed to push boundaries in flavor and technique. Located near the Plantin-Moretus Museum, the bar—led by owners David Vanheesbeke and Nicolas Oorts, alongside bar manager Elias Belmans—has replaced all previous offerings with a fresh selection featuring foraged herbs, seasonal ingredients, and refined preparations.

Mocktails take center stage alongside cocktails, offering intricate alcohol-free options. Notable highlights include the “Caprese” cocktail, inspired by the Italian salad with burrata foam, and the “Foraged Dry Martini,” which changes monthly using herbs from Marigold’s garden.

Blending Italian-American comfort food with innovative drinks, Marigold creates an experience where dining and cocktails seamlessly connect. The bar’s warm, vintage-inspired interior, designed by Studio Stranger, enhances the inviting atmosphere.
